As early as the upcoming Mountain Festival We invite all mountain lovers to visit our Meroway Adventure stand! This is a unique opportunity to meet a true representative of the Himalayas – Nima Sherpa, the head of our agency and a guide who has been leading tourists and climbers to the world’s highest mountains for years.
We’ve also put together something special for you prize competition, where you can win vouchers for treks and expeditions in Nepal worth as much as 3,000 PLN.
How do I enter the competition?
It’s very simple – just three steps:
- Take a photo with Nima Sherpa at our stand.
- Post them on social media (Facebook or Instagram) with a tag @MerowayAdventure and a hashtag # Mountain Festival.
- Please complete the competition form and pop it into the ballot box at our stand.
The competition has been running since Thursday, 4 September (12:00) to Saturday, 6 September 2025 (4.30 pm).

Competition rules:
Rules and Regulations for the „Meet a Sherpa at the Mountain Festival” competition”
1. Organiser
The competition is organised by Meroway Adventure Nepal Nima Sherpa with its registered office at: 12a Długa Street, 58-521 Jeżów Sudecki
Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8952281482, hereinafter referred to as the „Organiser”,
2. Participants
- The competition is open to adults attending the Mountain Festival in Lądek Zdrój from 4 to 6 September 2025. .
- Employees and associates of the Organiser, as well as their family members, are not eligible to take part in the competition.
3. Rules for participation
To take part in the competition, entrants should:
- Take a photo with a representative of the world’s highest mountains – Sherpa Nima, who was at the Meroway Adventure stand.
- Post a photo on your social media profile (Facebook or Instagram) and tag @MerowayAdventure and the hashtag # Mountain Festival.
- Fill in the competition entry form (raffle ticket) and place it in the box at the stand. The form should include: first name, surname, telephone number, email address and consent to receive marketing communications.
4. Duration
The competition has been running since Thursday, 4 September 2025, 12:00, to Saturday, 6 September 2025, 16:30 during the Mountain Festival in Lądek Zddrój.
5. Prizes
- On Saturday at 17:00 There will be a prize draw at the Meroway Adventure stand.
- You can win souvenirs from Nepal and 3 main prizes – vouchers worth 1,000, 2,000 and 3,000 PLN for trips with Meroway Adventure.
- Vouchers are registered and may only be used by the person who won them.
- Vouchers can be redeemed by entering into a new contract with the Organiser for any trip from the category TREKKING, TREKKING PEAKS, EXPEDITIONS available on the website www.merowayadventure.com, between 4 September 2025 to 31 December 2026.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
6. Rules for the prize draw and collection of prizes
- The prize draw will take place in public at the Meroway Adventure stand.
- If the winner is not present when the results are announced, the Organiser will contact them by telephone or email.
- The prize will be awarded on the basis of the information provided in the form.
7. The Organiser’s Liability
- The organiser accepts no liability for incorrect details provided by participants.
- The organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant or withdraw a prize if their actions contravene the terms and conditions, the law or public decency.
- The organiser accepts no liability for technical issues relating to the publication of photos on social media.
8. Personal data
- The data controller for the Customer’s personal data is the Organiser – Meroway Adventure Nepal Nima Sherpa, with its registered office in Jeżów Sudecki.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR solely for the purposes of organising this competition and handling any complaints and – with the Customer’s consent – for marketing purposes.
- The customer has the right to access their personal data, to have it rectified or erased, and to object to its further processing.
9. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the competition may be submitted to the following email address: kontakt@merowayadventure.com within 7 days of the competition closing.
- The organiser will consider the complaint within 14 days.
10. Final provisions
- By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions for valid reasons, and will inform participants of any such changes by publishing an updated version on the website and in the marquee during the festival.
