We understand that most people do not like commercial tours, huge groups and lack of flexibility. You won’t find that with us. Our expeditions are held in intimate groups, we also organize expeditions on request, even for individual clients. Our programs are based on the very extensive experience of our guides, and we always, always make sure to avoid a commercial approach, and show as much as possible of what is local, give access to what is often inaccessible, and thanks to the affiliation of our guides with local groups, this becomes possible. When you travel with us, you travel with people who were born in the Himalayas and who, for the most part, live in the Himalayas almost all year round, in these mountains, they guide you. They are native Nepalese, they know their culture, obviously, language, local customs, traditions, community. Our mountain team is exclusively Nepalese, mostly Sherpas. They know their mountains perfectly and will show you what they are really like. All Guides have a Mountain Guide license and have undergone a lot of training, they have been working in the mountains for many years. Some of our crew – more than 15, before they even started their journey with Meroway. Our Guides have traveled thousands of kilometers in the mountains, starting from childhood when they sometimes walked several hours a day to school. Some of our Guides have climbed the peaks of the eight-thousanders many times.
Our Guides speak English and know our company values. They care that our Guests are very satisfied and above all – safe. They know the rules of assistance and have experience in organizing evacuation when needed.

Licensed mountain guide and altitude climber. 15 years of mountain experience. He leads treks mainly in the Annapurna region, Everest, Langtang, Mustang, Dolpo and expeditions to trekking peaks like Island, Lobuche and Mera Peak. In his spare time, he takes travelers to the best local lassi bar. The measure of success for him is a satisfied customer, he stands on his eyelashes to make it so. Office manager. Passionate about mountains and travel, graduate in cultural studies, and postgraduate in business psychology, project management, among others. Professional coach. She supports all members of the Team to better understand the needs of clients, especially Polish travelers and Polish culture. The youngest in the crew, born in 1996. 8 years of mountain experience. Started as a porter, has been working as a licensed guide for 4 years. Helps with office work and in the mountains works as a guide or assistant if needed. So far he is most familiar with the routes to Everest Base Camp, Gokyo, Manaslu and Around Annapurna. Languages: Nepali, English and basic Korean.
Joyful and experienced. As a team, he has climbed the largest number of high mountains, including Mount Everest five times. He specializes mainly in trekking summit ascents and expeditions.
Born in 1995, licensed guide, nature lover, professional photographer. 8 years of experience as a mountain guide. Great lover of mountains and people. Holds a mountain guide's license, completed both a guide and expedition leader course, but also a nature guide. He completed a first aid course and a course on Buddhist knowledge, continuing his academic adventure with Buddhism. He loves leading treks, especially in the Everest, Manaslu and Annapurna regions, during which he shares his knowledge of nature and Buddhism with travelers. Language skills: English, Nepali.
Purna is a mountain guide with several years of experience. She accompanies our clients mainly on trekking routes. In addition to her work as a guide and climber, she is also an avid runner and runs mountain marathons.
Born in 1996, assistant guide, nature lover, regular visitor to Lukla where he knows what every house looks like 🙂 Specialist in the Solokhumbu region, where he knows every trail. Supports guiding groups for more than 5 years, previously worked as a porter. Knowledge of foreign languages: English, Hindi.
Born in 1995, mountain guide, climber. Originally from the Solokhumbu region, he has extensive mountain experience. He is also professionally involved in photography. He has undergone numerous mountain training courses, including those related to providing assistance in the mountains. A very positive team member.
Licensed mountain guide, climber. Specializes mainly in expeditions to trekking peaks and difficult treks. Modest, committed with a cheerful disposition. Appa is also professionally engaged in photography.
Born in 1992, he is a licensed city guide specializing in uncovering the mysteries of the Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara. He has had the pleasure of sharing his knowledge with hundreds of travelers coming to Nepal. So our experience under the Meroway brand is almost 10 years old. However, members of our Team have been active in the mountains often longer, having previously gained experience working in the Himalayan mountain industry in companies on the front pages of Nepal’s „mountain world”.

Milena2024-05-03„Przewodnik, agencja turystyczna? - to jak wrzód na tyłku, piąte koło u wozu”, itd. Takie opinie czytałam, slyszałam jak planowaliśmy ten trip. To jest kompletnie nieprawda. Nie wiem z jakimi agencjami i przewoźnikami ci ludzie mieli do czynienia, ale nasze doświadczenia są całkowicie inne. To była moja pierwsza podróż do Nepalu, mojego partnera kolejna, ale to było dawno temu. Od samego początku dostaliśmy mnóstwo informacji, które nam były potrzebne, szybką odpowiedź na każdego maila, wszystko rozpisane krok po kroku. Mam wrażenie, że Nima i Paulina byli tylko dla nas. Po przylocie zostaliśmy odebrani przez Nime z lotniska w środku nocy a w dodatku nie musieliśmy się martwić o hotel na te parę godzin, wszystko było dograne. I tak to trwało przez następne kilkanaście dni. Każdy dzień zaplanowany, przewodnik super przyjacielski gość z sercem na dłoni. Podróż z nim była przyjemnością. Od pierwszego dnia czułam, że to jest człowiek godny zaufania. Poszliśmy na 9 dni w góry i nie wyobrażam sobie aby było inaczej. Podczas trekingu nie musieliśmy martwić się o NIC. Wszystko było zaplanowane, zarezerwowane, wszystkie pozwolenia, bilety, transport (przed i po). Byliśmy zaopiekowani w każdym momencie. Był naszym przewodnikiem, opiekunem i nepalskim bratem. Przez całą drogę nosił owoce aby każdego dnia po obiedzie zrobić nam deser. Tak wiem, wielu tak robi, ale wiecie jak smakuje jabłko z granatem i bananem na ponad 4000 metrów po kilku ciężkich dniach marszu z pełnym plecakiem (nie mieliśmy tragarza), kiedy twój organizm jest kompletnie wyjałowiony a dal bhat nie zaspokaja twojego pragnienia na witaminy 🙃. Zawsze mówię, że małe rzeczy potrafią uczynić cuda. Cały ten trip był magią, moje największe marzenie zostało spełnione i dzięki Meroway było magiczne. A wspólna kolacja z uczestnikami innych wypraw w cudownej nepalskiej restauracji, z fantastycznym jedzeniem, pokazem tańców to była wisienka na torcie.
