- The Pashupatinath Hindu temple – an important place of pilgrimage, where we’ll have the chance to witness traditional burial rituals.
- The Buddhist sanctuary of Boudhanath – one of the largest stupas in the world, and the centre of Buddhist life.
- Durbar Square – the central royal square, where you can feel the city’s pulsating rhythm.
- Swayambunath Monkey Temple – also known as the Monkey Temple, offering panoramic views of the city.
We’ll also explore the tourist district of Thamel, where we’ll wander through the narrow streets and visit the colourful market stalls, little shops and cafés.
