Organiser<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition is organised by <strong>Meroway Adventure Nepal Nima Sherpa <\/strong>with its registered office at: 12a D\u0142uga Street, 58-521 Je\u017c\u00f3w Sudecki&nbsp;<br>Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8952281482, hereinafter referred to as the \u201eOrganiser\u201d, &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Participants<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The competition is open to adults attending the Mountain Festival in L\u0105dek Zdr\u00f3j from 4 to 6 September 2025. .&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employees and associates of the Organiser, as well as their family members, are not eligible to take part in the competition.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Rules for participation<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To take part in the competition, entrants should:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take a photo with a representative of the world\u2019s highest mountains \u2013 <strong>Sherpa Nima<\/strong>, who was at the Meroway Adventure stand.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Post a photo on your social media profile (Facebook or Instagram) and tag <strong>@MerowayAdventure<\/strong> and the hashtag <strong># Mountain Festival<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill in the competition entry form (raffle ticket) and place it in the box at the stand. The form should include: first name, surname, telephone number, email address and consent to receive marketing communications.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Duration<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition has been running since <strong>Thursday, 4 September 2025, 12:00, to Saturday, 6 September 2025, 16:30<\/strong> during the Mountain Festival in L\u0105dek Zddr\u00f3j.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Prizes<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On Saturday at <strong>17:00<\/strong> There will be a prize draw at the Meroway Adventure stand.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can win souvenirs from Nepal and <strong>3 main prizes<\/strong> \u2013 vouchers worth <strong>1,000, 2,000 and 3,000 PLN<\/strong> for trips with Meroway Adventure.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vouchers are <strong>registered<\/strong> and may only be used by the person who won them.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vouchers can be redeemed by entering into a new contract with the Organiser for any trip from the category <strong>TREKKING, TREKKING PEAKS, EXPEDITIONS<\/strong> available on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/merowayadventure.com\/en\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.merowayadventure.com<\/a>, between <strong>4 September 2025 to 31 December 2026.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Rules for the prize draw and collection of prizes<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The prize draw will take place in public at the Meroway Adventure stand.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the winner is not present when the results are announced, the Organiser will contact them by telephone or email.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The prize will be awarded on the basis of the information provided in the form.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. The Organiser\u2019s Liability<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The organiser accepts no liability for incorrect details provided by participants.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant or withdraw a prize if their actions contravene the terms and conditions, the law or public decency.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The organiser accepts no liability for technical issues relating to the publication of photos on social media.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Personal data<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The data controller for the Customer\u2019s personal data is the Organiser \u2013 Meroway Adventure Nepal Nima Sherpa, with its registered office in Je\u017c\u00f3w Sudecki.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR solely for the purposes of organising this competition and handling any complaints and \u2013 with the Customer\u2019s consent \u2013 for marketing purposes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer has the right to access their personal data, to have it rectified or erased, and to object to its further processing.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9.
