We will explore the space which is diversified geographically and culturally, beginning from 800 m above sea level up to considerable 5,416 m above sea level.

You will certainly get to know a unique capital of Nepal – Kathmandu, founded in 723, with numerous historical treasures, inscribed on the UNESCO’s World Heritage List. You will visit the Hindu Pashupatinath Temple, where you will have a chance to see a ceremony of the burial, and the Buddhist Boudhanath sanctuary or the Durbar Square – a pride of the residents of the capital.

We will start our trekking in Khudi. At the beginning it will not be too intensive; it is rather an energetic walk in the surrounding of the terraced rice fields, forests, pleasant Nepalese villages and their cordial inhabitants. After some time we will wander into the highest mountain regions, with the harsher climate, where nearly a breath of the Himalayan summits can be felt, and their eternal power.

What additionally distinguishes our expedition? We want to avoid a trekking on the route which runs along the well-developed roads of this region. We know how many tourists are disappointed with a fact that a part of the trekking route is replaced by a concert road surface. In view of the above, considering a satisfaction of our Clients, we have decided to guide You by other trail, designed so that to avoid construction works on the road. We will go by a new road, still not well-trodden, village paths, which as we do hope will astonish you. We will omit a trekking through Bahundada. From Khudi we will go in the direction of Sirung, village where its inhabitants will welcome us with a cultural programme in the ethnic atmosphere. In the second part of the expedition we will lead You by the wild route in Kalopani, what allows us to omit a dusty and little attractive, new road around Marpha.

Please, remember that guides from the Meroway Adventure are experienced and very competent, they know very well the areas they get around. Therefore we are open for all suggestions of changes, if you only find that you would like to go by the alternative route.
